So what does this look like in practice? What does it look like to be someone who builds people up and helps them grow into their God-honouring destiny? How do we do this?
4 quick thoughts..
1. Don't pull people down, accept them for who they are and where they are
2. Don't ignore people, give them your time and attention
3. Don't be selfish or lazy, express gratitude and appreciation for people
4. Don't just pray for yourself, pray for God to be at work in others
So come on...commit to be someone who builds others up. There's enough negativity in the world today. Resolve to live a deliberately different life. You might be surprised by the results.
