Lord we lift up this event which happens in a weeks time an we pray that these young people will help shake nottingham an we'll see people turn to you as we step out on to the streets. We pray for the big evang events that people will turn up and ask questions we pray for you power to take hold of the stadium Use these young people for your works give them words pictures wisdom an strength as they go out bless them and fill them powerfully! and after the crazyness of last year please keep the weather good we give it totally to you amen

please heal eddie from cancer. please stegthen his family though this time esp as his sons keep his bussiness going as well as doing wot they need 2 do for him and to cope with their dad having cancer. AMEN.

We need prayer for My wife's family in Japan. Jepanese families have an altar that is for ancestor worship and worship of local gods, and they don't understand why we won't pray infront of it. The belief system is that all faiths are equal, children are told this lie from school up (Although they have to be a part of Buddhist celebrations...) and it is causin tension and stress between our family and theirs. Please pray that their eyes will be opened and we can get the truth to them in a way they will understand.

Lord, just as we hear about the explosions on the underground, would you go ahead of this nation and prepare the way for us, our leaders and our people, to make a Godly response, and not one based on our pain and shock. God, would you grace this nation to respond from the rich heritage of the saints who have laid down their lives in the centuries before us. Help us to operate out of the same spirit, and not out of natural reactions to these events. God, for the sake of Christ in this nation, please extend your mercy and grace as well as your judgement to us and to those who have perpetrated these crimes.

I'd like others to join me in praying for one of my students - she often questions my faith, so she must be thinking it over, but says she cannot believe in a God who she does not feel helped her when she was suicidal a few years back. I don't know what to say to help her yet, I have questioned whether she actually asked for help from God, she's not directly answered this but I have the feeling that she shouted at him but didn't actually ask for his help - I pointed out that he won't muscle in without being asked.

I would like your prayer for me and mother and brother. We are despratly trying to find a four/ five bedroom house to rent in (), were we feel God is calling use to go. Our current flat is only two bed and was ok with me and mother. My brother is disabled and was away at college and was then put in the community. To cut a long story short he was sent home to died. After lots of pray he is better. We tryed at that point to get something bigger and God open the door to a tempry two bed room flat in the same block. We are finding it very tiring and stressfull having to go round day and night to look after him in the wind, rain and cold. Also having problems with anti socail behavior from kids (broken windows, arson, eggs, mudd etc). To get to the point we are praying for a new disabled house to rent. That has a downstairs, a wet floor bathroom, bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen with disabled units and room to do washing in (as we have a lot of it!). Upstairs we need a four bedrooms (1 mother, 2 me, 3 office [as I work from home] and 4 spare room for career when needed and guests. This my be a pipe dream, but after years of living in houses that are not practical we hope to live in family home were we can be togther and give my brother his last years in comfort and a fresh start for all of use. Also to become involed with a supportive church.

Please could everyone pray for this young lady. She is a member of my Yahoo! group and has been diagnosed with terminal cancer. She is only 22 with a husband and 3 children.
