The large non-Christian following you have in the States must be a challenge?
"When it comes to the non-Christian audience, I think they enjoy a concert as much as they are able to - if you understand what I mean."
Well, not really.
"What I'm trying to say is that they don't know the God I'm talking about personally, they come to a concert mainly because of the music style, but I do believe that they take away something in their hearts and that is very important to me, to be able to transfer God's love to them."
It's clear that for this extremely gifted member of a family that oozes musical talent, there could never really have been any other path than the one he has trodden.
"I really don't know what I'd be doing today as a career if I wasn't singing. To be truthful I've never thought of doing anything else, I suppose whatever I did would have to involve music - maybe sound engineering - but it would definitely be youth orientated, because that's where my heart lies, with the young people of this world.
"I have many hopes and dreams, but I tend to take one day at a time, because I know who holds my future...and if I carry on to greater things or if I disappear from the 'limelight' I will just have to accept it, because I have done what I set out to do - and that was to bring the gospel through song to millions of people. Many have responded and have been helped by our songs and ministry, and now all I have to do is keep going and await instructions from the Man who holds my future in His hands. It's a cool way to live."
