[dweeb] call on fans to support Let's Tell Everyone It's OK campaign
INTEREST is growing concerning the release of the single "It's OK" by [dweeb] on 12th July. The release spearheads a campaign Let's Tell Everyone It's OK. Said [dweeb]'s frontman Tim Alford, "On the surface it's a fun, positive idea that people can easily latch on to and get involved with. It's designed as an easy way in, but there is a deeper level beneath that. What we want to say with this is that though life can at times be really tough, though the unexpected circumstances that life throws up at us can at times seem almost unbearable and though we live in a world where we are choked by a media system that leaves us feeling inadequate and lonely, we believe that through all of that Jesus never, ever leaves us. Instead he stands by our side no matter how dark it gets. . . and because of that, because of Jesus, there is always, always hope. That's what this Let's Tell Everyone It's OK campaign is really all about."
