Southern gospel legends the Blackwood Brothers record album of hymns

THE LEGENDARY Southern gospel group, the Blackwood Brothers, will be releasing a new
album, 'A Cappella Hymns', through Daywind Records in late August.
Hymnal evergreens recorded include "When We All Get To Heaven", "He
Hideth My Soul" and "It Is Well With My Soul". Said the group's Billy
Blackwood, "Hymns are such a treasure to the Church and to the world
at large. They comprise a huge contribution to the arts and to our
understanding of church history. Their deep theological themes and
grand musical scales are worthy of our attention and continued
expression. We had a unique opportunity to record at the home of
Johnny Cash's parents, which was across the street from his former
home in Hendersonville, Tennessee."
