Sufjan Stevens releases new EP

AMERICA'S MAINSTREAM singer/songwriter Sufjan Stevens has released a new EP, 'All Delighted People', after a four year hiatus. Many critics are suggesting this to be Stephen's best project of the decade, containing nearly 60 minutes of a combination of horns, voices and, according to HM magazine, "a thousand other instruments used to create rock chaos that simply ends in perfection." CR
