Battle Of The Bands won by Reading's Angelface

READING-based rock band Angelface were the winners of the Humanic Battle Of The Bands contest held at Greenbelt Festival in August. Winning out over strong performances from Clone Of Mel, Going For Bronze, Brother John and Nevertheless, Angelface won the contest on a display of audience appreciation. The band, consisting of Cat Aitken (vocals), Rob Eisner (guitar), Ben Temple (bass) and Andrew Aitken (drums), released their first recording, the EP 'You', in 2002 and are currently working on a new recording.
