Singer/songwriter Garth Hewitt honoured by House Of Poetry in Ramallah

BRITISH ROOTS singer/songwriter Garth Hewitt, who was recently made an honorary canon of St George's Cathedral, Jerusalem, received a presentation from poets from the House Of Poetry in Ramallah, Palestine. A certificate read, "An appreciation to Garth Hewitt for his positive attitude towards the Palestinian people and their struggle towards freedom and justice and for his role in sending our seiged voice to all free people in the world through the tunes of his free guitar, with all love from Palestine." CR
