Rev Gavin Tyte currently working on The Beatbox Passion

THE DEVON-based rapper dubbed the "beatbox vicar" by the media, Rev Gavin Tyte, whose award-winning Christmas video has chalked up more than 170,000 views on You Tube, has turned his attention to Easter. Said Tyte, "I've sketched out the initial design, layout and production for The Beatbox Passion. Now I must get writing!" A major Christian publisher is also looking at the vicar's work and even the Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr Rowan Williams, has called Rev Tyte's beatboxing "pretty impressive".
