THE BIGGEST ever attendance for a solo Christian music concert occurred recently in Johannesburg, South Africa. Over 50,000 people attended the 'Music For Peace' concert by American CCM star Carman. The concert, which was also the highest attendance for any concert ever held in South Africa, was attended by South African National Congress President Nelson Mandela. 'The Standard', Carman's first studio album since his record company Sparrow Records were purchased by Liberty/EMI, was recently released.
