Gospel star CeCe Winans speaks about her My Sister's Keeper organisation.
AWARD-WINNING gospel diva CeCe Winans was the subject of an in depth article in the September issue of America's Charisma magazine. In it, the singer spoke about her two decades in the gospel world as well as the ministry My Sister's Keeper which CeCe formed along with Kiwanis Hockett and Demetrus Stewart at Born Again Church, the Nashville congregation where Winans has been a member since 1992. My Sister's Keeper is a mentoring programme designed to help pre-teen to college-age women become godly women. Said CeCe, "the ministry confronts real issues. We have former drug addicts, divorcees and teen moms in the group. The ladies need Jesus, and they need to know who God says they are."
