The 'How Can It Be' hitmaker Lauren Daigle to release Christmas album

THE CCM star Lauren Daigle, whose 'How Can It Be' debut album won a Grammy award as Top Christian Album, will be releasing a Christmas album on 21st October. 'Behold: A Christmas Collection' is produced by Paul Mabury and Jason Ingram and contains such evergreens as "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas", "Silent Night", "O Come All Ye Faithful" and "What Child Is This" as well as an original composition "Light Of The World" written by Mabury and Ingram. Said Daigle, "As a little girl, New Orleans graphed its culture deep within my veins and I fell in love with the cultural vibrancy and the resonating sound of New Orleans jazz. The city is my happy place, a place I love more each time I return home. It's been a dream of mine to make a record of this calibre, touching respectfully on the roots of my upbringing and honouring those who paved the way. I hope as you listen to this record you are taken away by the awe and wonder of Christ in this season."
