California's JL to release 'City Of Hope' in August

24 YEAR OLD Californian rapper JL, real name Jordan Lara, is set to release his new independent album 'City Of Hope'. The title came as a tribute to his father's battle with prostate cancer in 2011 and the name of the hospital he was treated in. CR
