Singer John Folkes wins case

FORMER gospel singer John Folkes recently won a court case. Ska star Prince Buster has claimed to have written the hit song "Oh Carolina" but a judge ruled that Folkes, now a teacher in Canada, had written the song while a member of Jamaican gospel trio The Folkes Brothers. CR
