August Rain's keyboard player/vocalist Denise Bowen dies

THE GEORGIA-based band August Rain whose "Show Me Your Light" and
"iLove" were Cross Rhythms playlist hits in 2013, have lost their
keyboard player and backup vocalist Denise Bowen. Denise, who recently
found out that she had an advanced form of bile duct cancer, passed
away on 22nd November. August Rain have released the single "Hold
On" from their most recent mini-album 'Mercy! Mercy!' in dedication to
Denise's life. Read a band statement, "All of the proceeds from any
airplay or downloads of the song go towards the medical bills
accumulated. If the amount to pay her medical bills is exceeded, we
encountered a number of patients unable to pay their bills for their
medical care for cancer so we would forward that to those families."
I am so sorry to hear of Denise passing away. I just heard of it day before yesterday. I was married to Stephanie McVey,, Denise' piano/keyboard teacher, who also has passed. I can envision Stephanie and Denise playing together tonight, both of them out of pain and both of them in perfect peace. My condolences to all the family, husband and friends, I know this is a hard time for all of you, soon, death will be no more, Soon there will be no sorrow. Christ is knocking at the door, all the suffering of all of the past, will be forgotten in just one tomorrow
