Americas Rick Elias to perform at Devon's Cross Rhythms Festival
AMERICA'S highly acclaimed singer/ songwriter Rick Elias with his band the Confessions is flying in to top the bill at the Cross Rhythms Festival. The event, to be held in Okehampton, Devon on 9th, 10th and 11th July has also been extended in time and will now run to Sunday evening. Among the other artists at the third Cross Rhythms Festival are Eden Burning, Ian White, Kevin Prosch, the Worldwide Message Tribe, Split Level, 65dBA, Nuffsed, Rob Ash, Johnny Markin, Shirley Novak and Gethsemane Rose.
Said organiser Chris Cole, "We are thrilled that Rick Elias, in our view one of the finest talents in American Christian music, is able to make his British debut at Cross Rhythms." Other new developments in the event to be held at Risdon Farm, Okehampton is the development of a full-scale drama, dance and poetry programme. Up to 5,000 people are expected to attend the weekend of music and ministry under the festival title of 'Holy Power'.
