Rapper Emmanuel Jal featured in Q magazine

SUDANESE rapper Emmanuel Jal is interviewed in a two page article in the July edition of Q magazine. The Christian artist, whose 'Warchild' album was recently released in the UK, told Q, "Sometimes I have nightmares when I talk about my story. Genocide...people's heads chopped off... I used to curse the day I was born. But now I realise that if I'm here, I'm here for a reason. I've survived so that I can tell my story." CR
