US rockers Falling Up call it a day

ROCK BAND Falling Up, from Albany, New York, have announced they are folding. Vocalist Jesse Ribordy wrote, "After touring extensively since we were 19 or 20 years old, the lot of us have diverged into other areas in our lives and drifted away from the group known as Falling Up. . . It's been a good journey and thank you so much for your continued support through the years." The band will play their final concert at the Parachute Festival in New Zealand, held from 29th January to 1st February.
