North Carolina rockers Runaway City release album on Vertusent Records

NORTH CAROLINA-based rock band Runaway City have their debut album released in the US this month. 'Armored Heart' was produced by Jason Elgin (Collective Soul, Terrible Things) at Synchromesh Studios in Birmingham, Alabama and is the first release on newly formed Vertusent Records. Said Runaway City's guitarist Tyler Ricketts, "We want Runaway City to be a safe haven for people. Whether it be from a lyric or something said from stage, we want to offer listeners a chance to escape all the things going on in their lives. We hope to give them a glimpse of hope, if only for a moment, to help them carry on with their day to day."
