Numerous guests on mixtape by Brooklyn's MC Serious

A BROOKLYN-based female rapper, Serious, has released a mixtape. 'Are You Serious Mixtape' features Grammy nominated Red Fur; the "first lady of holy hip-hop" Dice Gamble; the award winning rapper J Spence; and Holywood Records recording artist Micah Lee. Serious spoke about her debut, "This is not your average mixtape. I am not trying to sound like anyone or talk about the same things as the next person. What I am attempting; is to bring a fresh voice, sound and give the listener something they need to hear at such a time as this. Women in hip-hop are always classified as raunchy, sex selling artists, but not me. I want to let every young woman across the globe to know you are beautiful just how God made you, and as a woman of God you don't have to settle for anything less than what you know you deserve."
