The awards included Gospel Performance: Yolanda Adams, "Victory"; Gospel Song: Kirk Franklin, "Imagine Me"; Rock or Rap Gospel Album: Jonny Lang, 'Turn Around'; Pop/Contemporary Gospel Album: Third Day, 'Wherever You Are'; Southern, Country, or Bluegrass Gospel Album: Randy Travis, 'Glory Train'; Traditional Gospel Album: Israel And New Breed, 'Alive In South Africa'; and Contemporary R&B Gospel Album: Kirk Franklin, 'Hero'. Mainstream winners included Contemporary Folk/Americana Album: Bob Dylan, 'Modern Times'; Traditional World Music Album: Soweto Gospel Choir, 'Blessed'; and Classical Crossover Album: Bryn Terfel, 'Simple Gifts'.
