Daniel Lanois releases CD/DVD Here Is What Is

RENOWNED Canadian record producer Daniel Lanois, who has worked with such acts as U2, Bob Dylan, Peter Gabriel and Emmylou Harris, features in a film documentary Here Is What Is which was premiered in March at the South By Southwest Film Festival. A deluxe CD/DVD of Here Is What Is has been released on Lanois' digital download store at redfloorrecords.com. Wrote Billboard, "Though limited in range, Lanois' hushed vocals are pure and soothing on the Dylan-inspired 'Not Fighting Anymore', but he seems even more at home in the sublime, wordless waves of his pedal steel guitar ('Bladesteel', 'Sacred And Secular')."
