EMI CMG release 'Music Inspired By The Motion Picture Amazing Grace'

THE FILM of the life of William Wilberforce, the English Christian who pushed through the abolition of slavery, Amazing Grace which opens in US cinemas on 23rd February 2007 is the inspiration behind a new album being released by EMI CMG. 'Music Inspired By The Motion Picture Amazing Grace' features modern day versions of classic hymns including a version of John Newton's "Amazing Grace" sung by Chris Tomlin. Other artists featured on the project include Avalon, Adrienne Camp, Jeremy Camp, Steven Curtis Chapman, David Crowder, Bethany Dillon, Natalie Grant, Jars of Clay, Martina McBride, Shawn McDonald, MercyMe's Bart Millard, Nichole Nordeman, Smokie Norful, Kierra "Kiki" Sheard and Marty Stuart. CR
