Kent-based Ralf Helfrich releases meditative album

A MUSICIAN at Jubilee Church in Maidstone, Kent, Ralf Helfrich has released an ambient/meditational album. The project, 'Anapauo: Let Go', is based on the Greek word for rest and is described as "instrumental music aimed to inspire you to meditate and find peace in the presence of God." CR
