Canadian rock team Hawk Nelson to play The Who in US TV programme.

NEW ROCK band Hawk Nelson from Peterborough, Ontario, who are about to release their debut album 'Letters To The President' through Tooth & Nail, will perform as British rockers The Who on an upcoming episode of ABC Television's American Dreams. The band's lead singer Jason Dunn recently told CCM magazine about their unusual name, "When I was 14 years old I made up the name Hawk Nelson for the game 2Xtreme for Sony Playstation. It was just one of those crazy names that always stuck. As a band we always joked around with that name, and here he is today." CR
