New Orleans legend Irma Thomas records first album for six years

MAINSTREAM R&B legend Irma Thomas has recorded her first album for six years. Although mainly a mainstream release 'After The Rain' on Rounder contains covers of Billy Taylor's "I Wish I Knew How It Would Feel To Be Free" and Blind Willie Johnson's "Soul Of A Man". CR
