Greetings to Sue Duffield. This is John Murray. I was delighted to see your note of 2/26/09. I am curious, do you still sing? Perhaps you can check out on YouTube this link: These are the times before the end, Living Sacrifice Band. Let me know what you think. Blessing of the Lord be with you. John M.

I am Johnny's daughter, if anyone has any stories, music, video associated with my Dad, I would really appreciate it if you contacted me with it.

I do believe that I have photos of Living Sacrifice Band, from the 70s, doing a concert in Newark, NJ for a youth outreach. I will search for sure... And hopefully also, I hope that John Murray will see this message and respond. My husband Jeff and I had a brief and wonderful friendship with John M., singing for his church in Newark, right around the early 80s.

Hello Heather, You may vaguely remember me. I am John Murray and your dad and I were the founding members of the Living Sacrifice Band. We also traveled together in the Last Call of Shiloh band. I was a very, very good friend of your father in the 1970's. I was so sorry to hear of his sudden passing and when I read his obituary I noticed that you were seeking information from those who knew your dad.
I could not tell you in an email what a wonderful man your father was, it would take too much time. I have authored six books and in one of them I mention your father. I would be happy to call you and tell you of the many wonderful times that I spent with your father. If you would like to call me, your call would be very welcome. I now live in Pennsylvania. My number is 570 696-0361. If you would like to receive the book where he is mentioned that tells so much about the life and times that he lived in I will be happy to send it to you.
Since I don't know your phone number or address and only have this email to work with, the ball is in your court. I look forward to hearing from you.Sincerely,
John Murray
