Eclectic Australian singer Katy Ray is launched in UK

AN AUSTRALIAN singer whose style is described as "a soul-fed mix of roots and blues", Katy Ray has an album released through Integrity-Provident in January. The singer, who received praise for her performances at 2006's Noise Music & Worship Conference and Parachute '06, names KT Tunstell and Jewel as musical influences. Her album 'Dreaming For Something More' was recorded at the new Parachute Studios in Auckland. CR
