Billie Holiday inspires Rebecca Ferguson new album

UK HITMAKER Rebecca Ferguson is set to release 'Lady Sings The Blues' featuring material associated with legendary jazz singer Billie Holiday. The album was recorded in Capitol Studios, Los Angeles with producer Troy Miller and will be released on 9th March. A single from the project, "Get Happy", was composed by Harold Arlen and Ted Koehler, originally written in 1930 for a musical and "echoes themes of a Christian evangelical revivalist meeting". It will be released on 2nd March. CR
