Kirk Frankli's next project is recorded live in Houston

GOSPEL superstar Kirk Franklin has surprised industry observers with his next project, a "back to the church" recording. Recorded live in Houston on June 16th, 5000 crowded the Lakewood Church for a live concert video featuring guests John P Kee, Shirley Caesar, Willie Neal Johnson, Crystal Lewis, Richard Smallwood, Alvin Slaughter and Yolanda Adams. Franklin told Billboard, "The music changes and the seasons change. It has nothing to do with musically what's next or who's topping the charts. What's next is living the music."
