Newport-based bass player Andy Long records solo album

BRITISH bass player Andy Long, who is currently a member of the Tim Crahart Blues Band and who has previously worked with 3rd Day Rising and Third World CafĂ©, has released his own album of solo bass tracks. 'Patches Of Coloured Light' is described as "loop-based compositions and multi-layered effects [which] create an ethereal landscape of sound interspersed with arrangements of classical pieces and worship songs." CR

Thanks for the plug guys, the album is doing OK and is raising some funds for Cancer Research UK
