British blues singer Dave Cooper releases 'Lord's Prayer' project
A 52 YEAR OLD blues singer, Dave Cooper, who has worked as a tour and
production manager for such acts as Bob Geldof, Michael Jackson and
Prince, has released the independent album 'Lord's Prayer'. Said
Cooper, "Through my church, Renewal Christian Centre in Solihull, I
ended up writing and recording a song a week, for 13 weeks, to
accompany a teaching series on the Lord's Prayer by our senior pastor,
Dr David Carr. I sang at Wembley stadium last year in front of more
than a thousand religious leaders and am scheduled to sing the first
track off the album in front of around 80,000 worshippers at the same
venue on 29th September this year for the Global Day of Prayer."
