Deacon Blue working with SCIAF to help the Congo

SCOTTISH pop rockers Deacon Blue, whose 'City Of Love' album is released today, recently visited Democratic Republic of Congo with SCIAF, the organisation committed "to help the poorest free themselves from poverty by equipping them with the tools they need".
