Yeka Onke wins Nigerian version of Pop Idol

NIGERIAN singer Yeka Onke won the first Nigerian Idol competition earlier this month. She has received a new car, a substantial amount of money and a recording contract with Sony/BMG. Her brother, pop gospel singer Iyke Onka who has released the albums 'Fly High' and 'Another Miracle', will be writing some of the material for Yeka's album. CR
