AMERICAN label CTF Records have signed with distributers Syntax Creative. The first release under the deal is 'Off Season' by hip-hop artist Serge. Conformed To Facts Records (CTF) was formed in 2012 by Gus Cruz and Serge Gustave in Miami, Florida. CR
