US instrumental band Unwed Sailor to release three projects
AMERICA's critically acclaimed instrumental band Unwed Sailor, whose last album release was 2003's 'The Marionette And The Music Box', are to release three projects in 2006. 'The White Ox', produced by Dan Burton in his Bloomington, Indiana studio, will be released this summer, preceded by 'Circles', an EP that, according to Unwed Sailor's Jonathon Ford, "was originally going to be included on 'The White Ox' record but I felt it was so mammoth and unique that it would stand on its own." The ambient-orientated 'The White Ox' features for the first time vocals by Ford and Burton. A third release, 'Little Wars', is set to be issued in late 2006.
