St Louis' Tidewater releases debut album

A ST LOUIS-based singer/songwriter Brett Allen has released his debut album under the name Tidewater. When not performing music Tidewater is a film student at Baylor University in Waco. 'The Seas We Sail' was produced by Kevin Gates. CR
