Texas-born country singer Shelly Starks to tour UK

MAINSTREAM country singer and Christian Shelly Starks, who released the 'You're Gonna Fly' album in 2009 and has a new single, "To Be A Woman", issued on 13th February, is to make a radio tour of the UK in February. CR
