Soul legend Smokey Robinson to appear in NBC soap opera

BRITAIN'S Sunday Express for 12th November featured an interview with 66 year old soul star Smokey Robinson. The article spoke about the singer's starring role in a two part TV soap due to go out through NBC this week. He told reporter Chris Goodman, "I'm doing this bit where one of the main characters has been kidnapped and she jumps out of a plane with a parachute into the wilderness and comes across this cabin that I've rented to go and seclude myself to write. I discover her in the cabin because I've been out chopping firewood."
