Sanctus Real frontman Matt Hammitt set to release solo album

THE POPULAR lead singer of CCM hitmakers Sanctus Real, Matt Hammitt, will release a solo album in September. 'Every Falling Tear' contains songs he wrote last year as his newborn son, Bowen, went through a season of surgeries for a rare heart condition
