The Clark Sisters, Shirley Caesar guest on Aretha album

ON THE NEW album by Aretha Franklin, 'Aretha: A Woman Falling Out Of Love', the R&B/pop star is joined by gospel giants the Clark Sisters and Shirley Caesar as well as country hitmaker Faith Hill. The project will be released in the first quarter of 2007 on the singer's own independent label Aretha Records. CR

It's about time! All of the Queen's Atlantic recordings should be available to the generations born after the '70's to understand why her voice IS the voice of real people. Ms. Franklin's voice spoke to us of despair to jubilation, giving us "something to feel".
