Worship leader Martha Munizzi talks on TV about childhood traumas
AMERICAN worship leader Martha Munizzi went on TV recently to speak about the effects of being sexually abused as a child. On the popular Christian TV show Lexie Martha recounted how at the age of seven a trusted family member began molesting Martha, her sisters and several of her female cousins. In the interview Martha said, "The end of the story is that God heals, is that God restores. Don't feel sorry for me. Talking about it is almost as if I'm talking about someone else. That's how far in the healing process I am. . . Living a life of worship and spending time with God has so healed me, it's really as if I'm talking about someone else."
