Live DJ worship featuring Doug Ross set for release by Survivor.
THE ARTS and media ministry who pioneered the use of dance music and DJs to express worship to God, NGM, will be releasing, in conjunction with Survivor Records, the first of a new series of live worship albums. Recorded at Caedmon, NGM's unique mission and arts centre near Bristol, 'The More' will feature Doug Ross who has been leading people in worship using turntables for over five years. As well as deejaying live, Doug has produced house, trance and drum 'n' bass. In what will be one of the first ever live DJ-led worship albums 'The More' will come in a two-CD package, one with the live recording and the other with just the DJ tracks, the latter intended to resource church groups to replicate something similar. A plan to release selected vinyl from the project is also underway.
