Christian radio station UCB launches internet station

BRITAIN'S long established Christian radio station United Christian Broadcasters (UCB) has started a new station exclusively on the internet, thewordismusic.com. The station, launched at the Ultimate Event at Alton Towers on 10th May, is described as being especially for 20 and 30 somethings. A UCB spokesperson said, "While all areas of the UCB ministry continue to show a incredible growth, we were concerned that a generation of younger Christians between the ages of 20 and 30 (university and career age group) who are more interested in music than the spoken word might be missed out." CR
