Randy Travis returns to mainstream country music.

WORD Records are set to release the first straight ahead, non-gospel country record in their 53 year history with 'Passing Through' by Randy Travis. After three successful country gospel albums, 'Passing Through' will be given a mainstream release by Word and Warner Bros. Word Label Group senior VP Mark Lusk said, "While it is a country record, it is strongly influenced by his faith and beliefs. There are a lot of really positive messages and Christian messages that come out in the songs." CR
