Chaka Khan, Kirk Franklin and others pay tribute to Earth Wind & Fire

A BEVY OF R&B hitmakers have contributed tracks for the Earth Wind & Fire tribute album 'Interpretations'. The double CD is launched by the reactivated Stax Records of Memphis on 27th March. Amongst the contributors on the project are Chaka Khan with her version of "Shining Star" and Kirk Franklin with "September" which will be the album's first single. The founder of Earth Wind & Fire Maurice White and Kirk Franklin have shot a video for the song. CR
