The Inspirational Choir remembered in reissue of 1980's oldie

AN ALBUM by British gospel pioneers The Inspirational Choir has been made available for the first time on CD. Roy Francis Productions have licensed the album 'Sweet Inspiration', first released by CBS/Sony in 1985.

Abide with me is the most beautiful heart rendering version ever. I played it at my mums funeral and the church had never heard this version before. It reduces me to tears every time I hear it. Thank you so much for the opportunity to express my thoughts.

Hi, if you haven't bought it already, yes, it's Sweet Inspiration and Abide with Me is amazing! I've been a Brian May fan since 1974 and when I heard the choir and the solo on this coming from a little transistor radio in the 80's I was blown away! I'd love to know who played it, magnificent, inspirational, beautiful.

I'm trying to track down 'Abide with me' that had an electric guitar in it. the song started with just a choir then built up to a massive choir, elec guitar and a solo lead vocalist singing over bthye song. This was early 80's though i thought they were American! thanks is this on the album? if so i will buy
