British rockers V12 come second in Rock Idols contest.
POPULAR rock band V12 won second place in the Rock Idols contest held recently at the London School Of Economics. From the 500 bands who entered the competition V12 came second behind a rhythm and blues band playing to their home crowd at LSE.
In other news, the band are recording a new EP with highly acclaimed producer Phil Brown at Chapel Studios in Lincoln. As well as three new recordings, the EP will feature a video "rockumentary" of the band. V12 are also organizing a short tour of the USA in May 2004.
