Flame Christian And Community Radio station granted AM licence

ANOTHER breakthrough in UK Christian radio has occurred with Wirral-based Flame Christian And Community Radio being awarded an AM community radio licence. Said Flame's Norman Polden and Ken Eaves, "Flame Christian And Community Radio will serve the needs of Wirral Christians through radio broadcasting by people within the community. It will also broadcast to the community at large to increase awareness of the local Christian community, and to stimulate interaction between Christians and the community at large." CR
