New name for the event held on the Isle of Iona.

THE ANNUAL event held on the Isle of Iona, which for the last three years has been known as Heaven On Earth, has changed its name. The event this year becomes Worship In The Global Village and will be held from 16th to 22nd July. A spokesperson for the event said, "Worship In The Global Village is a two-centre celebration which explores the ways in which our global connections in the Christian faith enrich the worship of local communities. Through reflection, dialogue, drama, song and musical interludes, participants will engage with each other, with the stories and experiences of people in different parts of the world and with the God who delights in the multi-cultural and diverse responses to his Word." CR
